Ithaca, NY’s Asian culinary scene is known for a Thai restaurant per capita ratio second only to, well, Thailand. Dud free offerings in every style (Delivery / Casual / Royal) and every restaurant is hautemeal quality. Pictured above is Thai Cuisiene’s Larb Gai, a Thai salad staple of minced chicken set off by red onion and lime juice dressing. Thai Cuisiene’s specials change daily, and we were lucky enough to catch a whole fried grouper in our choice of curry (we went hot and spicy with traditional green).
