Pane con Tomate
Toast (garlic optional), grated tomato, olive oil, and sea salt - breakfast of andalusian champions! For two weeks in Spain we ate this daily for breakfast - at cafes, in the train station, or en casa (home). This simple breakfast is filling and easy to make. Breakfast too early for tomato? This simple flavor combination would also pair well with a Mediterranean lunch, dinner, or snack.
